Question

My laptop was a gift from my wife. She bought it at Costco. It is supposed to have a 1-year free subscription for MS365. How do I activate that? MS keeps trying to charge me for MS365.

Hi John. I too have a free subscription from Costco for MS365 for purchasing my laptop, but I received an email from Microsoft about 30 days after I activated it, that said it is expired! I can't find a live person at Microsoft to help me. I tried the 800-642-7676 number but it was automated and would not transfer me to a person. So frustrating! How do I find a real person there to help me!?
