how do i get my name instead of my email address to show to recipients?

Hi Penny, to show your name instead of your email, update it in your Microsoft account profile at https://account.microsoft.com under Your info. Then restart New Outlook for Windows. Microsoft uses your account name as the sender's name, so once updated, new emails will display your name to recipients.
