Help; soft-locked on google account windows

so i recently got logged out of my google account from all devices just for google to verify its me and i had 2 steps verification on, when i try to verify i enter my password its correct then it tells me to use another device that has google account logged in to verify its me, but... im logged out from all devices and now i am stuck. even tried using backup email but when i try to log-in to that email it also says to use my phone which is the same thing.

This is a Google security loop.

Visit:

Use the same device

Same Wi-Fi network

Same location you normally log in from

Do NOT use VPN

Do NOT use incognito mode

DO NOT attempt multiple times rapidly (that resets the timer)

Check:

SMS to recovery phone

Backup email code

Wait 48–72 hours option
