I have this error message (German, translation is "Loading not possible").

I have a valid Office 365 Premium license. Office programs are working. But "Microsoft 365" program is not present. When I search for programs containing 365, I just get Microsoft 365 Copilot App.
Please help

I guess so, as I think the error appeared when I set or changed my profile name.
Are you saying that Word, Excel etc. are working as expected? Do you have a Windows PC?
The dashboard app, called Microsoft 365 Copilot (confusing name, isn't it!), can be downloaded from the Microsoft Store. However, you don't need that app assuming that you have the full version of Office installed on your PC.

It is display when I select Windows Key and then click on my icon in the lower left corner. Here a complete screenshot.
P.S.: Yes I use Windows 11 (25H2)
I don't know why you get that error message. My suggestion would be to forget about the 365 app, if everything else really is working as expected.
