What the hell are you guys thinking with how difficult it is to download your HIPAA BAA agreements?

I have tried everything I can think of to sign in to the https://servicetrust.microsoft.com/DocumentPage/d60051b9-8b5a-4794-9844-033773faaeb0 And no matter what I do, I cannot sign in like I can to my Azure account. It is not just frustrating; it is mind-melting, debilitating, and disgusting. How hard it is to sign up with services and download the necessary paperwork to make my business viable, responsible, and transparent. I honestly am disgusted with you, and I hope to God you have an easy solution for me.
