MY onedrive account has 2TB but I am unable to access the 2nd TB

When onedrive shows 2tb but only 1tb opens, it’sほぼ always that the extra 1tb was never actually tied to your account slot and i think the fix is just this pls open the storage‑breakdown page and, if the second tb shows as unassigned, hit the activate/assign link .once it’s marked as yours, it appears right away
