Issue : Lost Gamepass...
So I'm a foster child with the state of kansas and I owned the xbox game pass. I got it the christmas of 2024 but I haven't been on my xbox since January 2025, It has been taken by my case team. So I haven't been able to play, game, or use it at all. so now Its caused problems.
Well anyway, I just got it back today and It let me have gamepass a day then said it expired. It was a year long and I didn't even get to use it. Why did it count and take it away when I wasn't even on my account and didn't have my xbox...
Xbox support please help, I feel very cheated... Will I have to go without, Did I lose it even though I didn't get the full 12 months. Is it wasted. Did it get wasted because I couldn't use it? Or will I get a replacement, refund, or get the 9 months that I lost?
What should I do? Please do help, I don't want this wasted. I can't get another one and if it was wasted I won't be able to play any online Games :(

The Gampass was bought for 12 months on christmas 2024, I played until january 2025 when MY case team took my console. Then I just got it back but apparently the subscription was still going and it says its expired that's messed up... It was basically wasted.
