Hello Microsoft Support Team,

I am attempting to register a Microsoft account to access the Q&A platform, but I am unable to proceed because the Privacy Statement agreement checkbox does not allow me to continue. I want to ensure that I complete the registration correctly while maintaining control over optional communications.

Could you please advise on the proper steps to resolve this issue and successfully register my account? Any guidance on managing email preferences during registration would also be appreciated.
