    Hello,

You need to sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/security and use a backup method like an alternate email or phone. Or go to https://account.microsoft.com/securityselect “I lost my phone” or “Can’t use my authenticator,” and verify your identity with a backup email or phone. If no recovery method is available, contact your organization’s admin or Microsoft Support to reset MFA and restore access.

i’m really sorry… when the phone’s gone, m365 won’t lift mfa on a user request that gate is locked tight for a reason. the only clean way forward is having ur org’s admin or microsoft support reset it from their side, the system won’t bend that rule.
