    Dear Pete Lisi

    Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A Forum. I understand that you’re not receiving verification emails from Coinbase, which is preventing you from signing in. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

    1. Check Junk Email & Filters

    • Go to Outlook Web via https://outlook.live.com > Junk Email folder to see if Coinbase emails are there.
    • Also check the Other tab if Focused Inbox is enabled.
    • Go to Settings > Mail > Rules to ensure no rule is moving or deleting Coinbase emails.

    2. Add Coinbase to Safe Senders

    • Navigate to Settings > Mail > Junk email.
    • Add Coinbase domains to the Safe senders and domains list.
    • In the same Junk Email menu, make sure Coinbase is not accidentally listed under Blocked senders and domains.

    3. Disable Email Forwarding (if enabled)

    • Go to Settings > Mail > Forwarding.
    • Turn off forwarding temporarily to ensure messages are not being delivered to another inbox.

    If emails are still not arriving, Coinbase may be blocking the sending or your account may be flagged. Please contact Coinbase Support directly:  https://help.coinbase.com/

    Coinbase says missing emails, especially verification codes, are usually caused by inbox filtering or blocking rules. They recommend checking spam, filters, and adding their domain to your safe senders list.

    1. Check spam, junk, and “Other” inbox

    Outlook sometimes puts automated emails in Junk Email, Other tab (if Focused Inbox is on), Archive or custom folders if rules are set. Make sure you check all of them.

    1. Add Coinbase to your Safe Senders list

    Go to outlook settings > mail >Junk Email and add"

    @coinbase.com

    @updates.coinbase.com

    1. Check your Outlook rules, filters, and blocking list

    Coinbase notes that filters and labels often cause missing emails .

    Check:

    Settings > Mail > Rules

    Settings > Mail > Junk email > Blocked senders & domains

    Remove anything related to Coinbase.

    if coinbase mails just never show up, it’s usually your mail host dropping them before they even hit inbox. pls check the blocklist and safelist coinbase.com. i’ve seen filters toss those quietly… not pretty, but that’s the one thing that’s actually fix I think.
