Hi Kara Cagle,
Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Since your Logitech H390 works in other apps, the headset itself is likely fine. This usually comes down to how the Noble application is picking up the microphone after a new USB device is connected.
Please try this quick check in Sound > Input, speak and confirm the input bar moves. If it moves, Windows is receiving your voice and the issue is app‑specific.
Here are some possible checking steps that you can consider in this case:
1 - Re‑select the microphone inside Noble
- Close Noble completely (not just minimized).
- Unplug the Logitech H390 from USB then plug it back in after 10 seconds.
- Open Noble > Audio/Device settings.
- Manually select Logi USB Headset (H390) as the microphone.
2 - Disable exclusive microphone control
- Go to Windows Settings > System > Sound > Input.
- Select Logi USB Headset.
- Open Advanced settings.
- Uncheck Allow applications to take exclusive control.
- Apply the change and restart Noble.
