even if meta says the num’s “ready”, copilot won’t send anything if the WA template never really left draft or the callback token didn’t latch right during the bind. i’d just re‑bind the channel and take a quick look at the template’s actual state… that’s usually where it slips.

The number is ready and connected , everything is OK and ready to go even at meta side. I double checked.
When i send a message i get this error from Copilot studio to Whatsapp ->
"Something unexpected happened. We're looking into it." ..
I already tried to recreate EVERYTHING ... new agent, new resoruce , new meta business acc , i tried create deleted and do all again like 5 times.. It just do not work at all.
EventSubscription is On , everything is on ... I just dont understand ...

the template’s real state (force a new version) and the webhook token sync.
those two slip more often than the portal admits.

2026-02-17T16:28:31.2866667+00:00 I tested ACS with WhatsApp , i can send messages with Javascript , basically ACS + WABA is working the problem is COPILOT + ACS , is broken... Idk what can i do anymore i will try contact microsoft
