Microsoft doesn’t ship directly. They use carriers.

The tracking page should show which carrier handled it. If it says, “Returned to shipper – Incomplete address”, that means the carrier marked it undeliverable and sent it back to Microsoft’s warehouse.

You need to recover your Microsoft account:

    https://account.microsoft.com/password/reset

    If login fails, go to:

    https://account.live.com/acsr

That’s the official Microsoft account recovery form.

    Use:

    Same device

    Same Wi-Fi

    No VPN

If your Surface laptop was returned to the shipper due to an incomplete address, it is important to verify your shipping address with Microsoft. You can do this through the Surface Support Portal or by contacting Microsoft support directly. They can provide you with information about the shipper and assist you in resolving the address issue. Make sure to have your order details handy to expedite the process.

Additionally, if you are using the Surface Management Portal, you can check the status of your device and any related service requests there.
