EntraID Global Admin account lockout

Hello,

I had to wipe my primary MS authenticator device where I had my Global Admin account set up for my EntraID tenant and now I can't log in with that account and it is the only one account with Global Admin permissions. So basically I'm in a tenant lockout scenario.

I have another Entra member account that has the App Admin role but i cannot reset the authentication methods for my primary account with it, so basically I'm stuck.

Any help would be appreciated.

P.S I don't see a proper Child tag for this issue, so sorry for the random pick
