I totally understand where you are coming from as I'm a Microsoft user as well.

However, Microsoft Support will not be able to assist with account recovery and escalation as stated in this article, that they are not permitted to send password resets, access, or even change any details on the account:

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

I'm sorry you are experiencing this.

The only way to recover a hacked account is through the official Microsoft troubleshooter guide:

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-recover-a-hacked-or-compromised-microsoft-account-24ca907d-bcdf-a44b-4656-47f0cd89c245

If the account recovery web form doesn't work, and since the security info has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

To recover a hacked Microsoft account, you can follow these steps:

    1. Use the Microsoft Account Recovery Form: If you haven't already, try using the official recovery form available on the Microsoft website. This form allows you to provide details about your account and any information that can help prove ownership.
    2. Check for Other Verification Methods: If you have set up any additional verification methods (like a phone number or an alternate email), try using those to recover your account.
    3. Contact Microsoft Support: While you mentioned that Microsoft support is automated, you can still try reaching out through their support page for further assistance. They may have specific protocols for cases of hacked accounts.
    4. Provide Proof of Ownership: If you have pictures or any other proof that can demonstrate that the account is yours, mention this in your communications with Microsoft support. While they may not accept direct calls, providing detailed information in the recovery form can help.
    5. Monitor for Updates: Keep an eye on any emails from Microsoft regarding your recovery attempts. Sometimes, they may reach out for additional information.
    6. Consider Security Measures: If you regain access, ensure to enable two-factor authentication and review your security settings to prevent future issues.

Unfortunately, if the recovery form does not work and you cannot provide sufficient proof, it may be challenging to regain access to your account. It's important to act quickly to prevent further unauthorized access.
