copilot keeps lying about what it can and cant do re generating pptx files

Question

Copilot generates a pptx file I download

Then it suggests updates

Then it says it has made updates but cannot generate pptx files

Then I remind it that it had done so earlier and it denies it

When pushed it apologises and generates a pptx

Then when I ask for changes it reverts back to saying it is not capable of generating pptx slides

IT tells me I am not understanding its capabilites.

We go around like this for hours and its a waste of time.

Why does it do it and then not do it almost randomly?!!!??!
