Is there something wrong with my GPU?

My GPU works fine while playing games, but when idle it just sits like this and i feel it shouldn't be at 0% with 58°C. Sorry I'm not sure what Tag to use.

Your screenshot does not indicate any problem with your GPU, when your PC is just idle, then there is no data being processed by the GPU, it is actually healthy if that is indicating 0% when your system is idle, provided when you then use a graphically intensive app or game the GPU usage increases and is indicated correctly in Task Manager.
