I am not able to download my certifications

SC-100 or AB-100 or SC-300 for exemple I cannot download them

Certifications can be found on Learn under https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab

You can no longer download certificates, you need to view, print, and save as PDF https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/cred-share-validate

To download your certifications for SC-100, AB-100, SC-300, or any other Microsoft certifications, you need to access your Certification Dashboard. Here are the steps to follow:

1. Go to your Certification Dashboard.
2. Click on the "View Certificates" button in the "Certificates" section.
3. To download, click "download" in the lower right on the "Certificates" icon.
4. This will list the certificates that you have earned. Select the certificate(s) you want to download.
5. You can either preview a single selected certificate or download a .zip file with multiple certificates selected.
