I renewed my subscription on November 2 #110300996804 $179.00 and then on the 13th December #121301394046 $159.00. I have only one laptop computer and no one else is using the subscription. I would like to be refunded.

    Hello

Can you see two subscriptions in your account? If so, make sure you cancel one first.

    Please go to https://account.live.com

Sign into your Microsoft account. Then go to Subscriptions. Click on Manage for the subscription plan you want to cancel.

Then, go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.

To address the issue of being double charged for your Microsoft 365 subscription, it is recommended that you contact Microsoft Billing Support directly. Since this situation involves billing adjustments, which require secure tools that are not accessible through community forums, reaching out to the support team is the best course of action. You can follow these steps to get assistance:

    1. Visit the Microsoft support page: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/
    2. Sign in with your Microsoft Account associated with the subscription.
    3. Select Microsoft 365 and click on "Get Home support".
    4. Describe your issue and click on the "Contact Support" tab.
    5. Choose "Billing and Payment updates" and confirm your request.
    6. You can opt to chat with a support agent or request a callback.

Make sure to provide them with the details of both charges to expedite the resolution process.
