I have a paid subscription for Office 365 and I am unable to access it. The message states that the subscruption does not exist when it is a longstanding subscription with no changes to email.

I have a longstanding Office 365 subscription with recent successful payment for 2026-7, but I canno access it, and there is a message stating the subscription associated with the email (not changed) doesn;t exist. I have only one account, and it is personal.

    Open Word, then at the top, log out of Word.

    Restart your computer and log back into Office, is your subscription then recognised correctly.

    If not log into your Microsoft account on this lnk, check the expiry date on your Microsoft 365 subscription, is it indicated correctly for your latest payment.
