How to Fix UAC Prompt Showing up In System Storage?

I would like to ask if someone from Microsoft can please look into the update KB5074105 because after installing it my Storage settings started to behave differently and I am not sure if this is expected. When I open Storage it always launches with administrator rights even though it never did that before and it feels unusual. It makes the system look like something changed in a way that does not match how it worked before.

I also noticed that some parts of the Temporary files cleanup no longer work because certain items cannot be removed anymore and they stay there every time I try to clean them. Before this update everything worked normally so I believe the issue might be related to KB5074105.

I am writing this only to let you know what I experienced and to ask if this update can be checked. I appreciate the work that goes into Windows and I hope this information helps in case more users are seeing the same behavior. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

The UAC prompt is expected behavior that was implemented beginning with KB5074105. The documentation for the update includes -
