Fresh Paint will not sync on new PC

Hello,

I have installed fresh paint (which I love) on a new PC after my Surface Pro 9 catastrophically failed after just over a year (no substantive help from Microsoft but that's another matter). However, the fresh paint app will not sync my saved artwork from one drive. The sync button will cycle for a second or two but nothing results. No error is generated either.

I've attempted to manually download my fresh paint files and copy those into the Fresh Paint artwork folder, but the app will not read those. I've reinstalled Fresh Paint several times, confirmed that the correct account is setup on my PC and that I'm signed in. One drive is installed on my PC (in case that's being used to manage the sync) and has also been reinstalled but no joy there.

I've installed and run fresh paint on other windows 11 PCs besides my tablets, and those have never had sync issues.
