Can a personal domain email address be transferred from Godaddy to another registrar?

We have Microsoft Family 365. Many years ago I obtained a domain from Godaddy. Some time after that and before restrictions to business accounts only occured, I was able to have my domain linked with outlook. I receive email using ******@mydomain.net using outlook on Windows and Android. I have the following dns records for my domain:
"MX @ 123456789.pamx1.hotmail.com. (Priority: 0)"
"TXT @ NETORGFT1234567.onmicrosoft.com"
"SOA @ Primary nameserver: ns77.domaincontrol.com"
I see that now there is discussion of a different format for the MX record, like this yourdomain-com.mail.protection.outlook.com. as well as an additional record "v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all"

The question is, can I migrate to a different registrar for our website and still use my domain linked email address on outlook? Do I use the business dns record formats? Will this work for my mobile outlook app as well?

Yes, you can migrate your domain from GoDaddy to another registrar and still use your domain-linked email address with Outlook. When you transfer your domain, you will need to update the DNS records at the new registrar to ensure that your email continues to function correctly.

You should use the current DNS record formats required for Microsoft 365, which include the new MX record format (e.g., yourdomain-com.mail.protection.outlook.com) and the SPF record (e.g., v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all). These records are necessary for proper email delivery and authentication.

Once you have set up the correct DNS records at your new registrar, your email should continue to work seamlessly with Outlook on both Windows and Android devices, as long as the records are configured correctly.

Make sure to verify the domain with Microsoft 365 after the transfer to ensure everything is set up properly.
