My microsoft store wont work

Question

I have tried all the ways Microsoft have recommended and other websites but every time I open Microsoft store it sits on a grey screen then says : "sorry about that something went wrong and Microsoft failed to initialize. try refreshing or come back later." It have been doing this since I wiped my computer. I have tried everything I could even if I force open it using website Microsoft store it would load the app I was looking at partially then instantly crash. It worked for a few days but after I downloaded whats app and spottily it started.

You may try so called repair install. Create Windows installation media as described at https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11 but do not boot from this media, run setup.exe file from running Windows instead. This will keep all your files, apps and settings.
