1. Go to the Microsoft admin center at https://admin.cloud.microsoft. Note that you need to have admin permissions to access this page.
2. On the bottom right side of the page, select Help & support.
3. In the Support Assistant, type your question or message into the text box. You will receive a set of results related to your query.
4. If the results do not resolve your issue, select the Contact Support icon at the top or bottom of the page.
5. Choose your preferred contact method (phone or email), provide your contact details, and select Contact me. The expected wait time will be indicated in the support pane.
