Can't Create a Support Ticket in Surface App | Getting Kernel-Power error 41

I can't open a chat for support. I opened a ticket in the Surface App and it was closed without any contact. I tried creating another ticket with a phone number but the Surface App says there was an error creating the ticket.

I'm getting a Kernel-Power error 41 at least 3 to 5 times a day. This is a brand new Surface Pro 11, and I bought a 2 year extended warranty, but I can't get any warranty support.

Since the Surface App is failing to create tickets, try using the Microsoft Support portal, Sign in with Microsoft account and open a case.

Kernel Power 41 is associated with unexpected shutdown or restart without closing Windows properly.
