I were doing all things like a comic with Words, my picture original size are about 10mb each. today i realized that all my images got scaled just about 1.0mb when i click "save as picture" as .png outside. even zoom max in with bad resolution images.
I search for many help and already tick "Do not compress images in file" for all, i cant even resize the images by reset it. No matter i do, all my saved Words files keep these low image size. Is there anyway restore my images back to original?. (I no longer keep the original images).
Is there better app thats recommend use to make like Words for image and words?

Unfortunately, if you have already saved the Word documents with the images compressed, there is no way to restore the images to their original quality. Once the images are compressed during the save process, the original quality is lost, and you cannot recover the scaled images from the saved files.

For future documents, you can prevent this issue by disabling the automatic compression of images. You can do this by following these steps:

    1. Click the Office Button, then click Save As.
    2. Click Tools, and then click Compress Pictures.
    3. Click Options.
    4. Clear the checkbox for Automatically perform basic compression on save.
    5. Click OK.
    6. In the Compress Pictures dialog box, click Cancel.

Additionally, if you want to create documents with images and text, you might consider using other applications designed for graphic design or layout, such as Adobe InDesign or Canva, which may offer better control over image quality and layout than Word.
