Someone hacked y microsoft account and completely erased any chance of me getting it back PLEASE help

Question

two days ago on feb 12th i got an email in Portuguese saying "the security information has been deleted. the following security information was recently deleted from the Microsoft account <Mod remove PII> @gmail.com: access key , if this was you, you can safely ignore this email. if it wasn't you, a malicious user has access to your account. review recent activity and well help you protect your account". i didn't get the notification of this email and only until trying to login to Minecraft yesterday and this morning i realized the situation. when i try to sign in using <Mod remove PII> @gmail.com it says "this account does not exist" and when i press "create new account" it says " an account already exists with this email' there's two new emails now in charge of my account which i have never seen before, AND i don't speak, nor know anyone who speaks, Portuguese. so i try to reset my account password, and it says account doesn’t exist, so i press forgot password, and they send me a number to my email, i put in the code, and it says this "we found your username sign in to your Microsoft account with username: <Mod remove PII> @outlook.com" i never use outlook. please help me recover my account, iv had it for 9 years and i have so much to lose.

The only way to recover a hacked Microsoft/Minecraft account is through the official Microsoft troubleshooter guide:

If the account recovery web form doesn't work, and since the security info has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.
