    Hi @Jeremy Duke

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

To assist you better, I will need more information.

Can you please provide screenshots or the exact error messages via private message?

    User's image

May I ask if you are using Exchange, POP or IMAP account?

If you are using Exchange, can you log in via https://outlook.office.com?

If you are using POP/IMAP, please provide your provider. Normally with another provider, you must enter the correct server names and ports, as well as using an app password to configure your email in Classic Outlook.

I look forward for your reply.

If you're experiencing issues logging into Outlook and receiving an error message stating that something went wrong, there are a few potential solutions you can try:

    1. Check Your Credentials: Ensure that you are entering the correct username and password. If you have recently changed your password, make sure to use the updated one.
    2. Account Lockout: If you have entered incorrect credentials multiple times, your account may be temporarily locked. Wait for a period (usually 24 hours) before trying again.
    3. Alternative Sign-In Methods: If available, try using a different sign-in method on the password page, such as a recovery email or phone number.
    4. Contact Support: If the problem persists, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance, especially if you believe your account may have been blocked due to suspicious activity.
    5. Clear Cached Credentials: If you're using Windows, go to Control Panel > Credential Manager and remove any saved credentials related to Outlook, then restart Outlook and re-enter your credentials.

Following these steps should help resolve the login issue you're facing with Outlook.
