Hey, my integrated camera in my laptop gets this message when I try to use in Zoom or in WhatsApp: "Camera preview failed to start, please reload the page and try again", I have tried several options, updating drivers, giving permission to the apps but does not work, not sure what can I do, however with other apps like Slack the camera does work and with a tester online it also works, I have done basic troubleshoot like search for updates and some other things but nothing, does not work, if someone knows how to fix it I will really use the support, thanks.

this is my laptol model OS Name Microsoft Windows 11 Pro - 82TU

If you open the Camera app (from Start menu > apps) , what does it say? Any error message? Or is it just a black screen? Any additional information would be helpful if you don't mind.

It sounds like you're experiencing issues with your integrated camera specifically in Zoom and WhatsApp, even though it works in other applications like Slack. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Check Camera Permissions: Ensure that Zoom and WhatsApp have the necessary permissions to access your camera. You can do this in Windows settings under Privacy > Camera.
    2. Update Camera Drivers: Since you've already tried updating drivers, make sure you have the latest version from your laptop manufacturer's website.
    3. Camera Settings: Go to the camera settings page in Windows. You can access this by searching for "Settings" in Windows, then navigating to Bluetooth & devices > Cameras. Check if your camera is listed there and if it has any specific settings that need to be adjusted.
    4. Disable Other Camera Applications: Sometimes, having multiple applications trying to access the camera can cause conflicts. Make sure to close any other applications that might be using the camera before starting Zoom or WhatsApp.
    5. Troubleshoot the Camera: On the camera settings page, select your camera and look for a troubleshoot option. This can help identify any issues with the camera.
    6. Reinstall Zoom and WhatsApp: If the problem persists, try uninstalling and then reinstalling the Zoom and WhatsApp applications.

If none of these steps work, consider checking for any Windows updates that might address camera issues, as sometimes specific updates can resolve conflicts with integrated hardware.
