- Visit: https://account.microsoft.com/security
- Select Review recent activity.
- If you see unfamiliar activity, choose “This wasn’t me” and follow the recommended steps.
3. Secure Your Account
On the Microsoft account security page, please:
- Change your password
- Turn on 2‑step verification
- Remove any unknown recovery emails or phone numbers
For personal Outlook.com accounts, Microsoft Support may be able to check whether backend mailbox restoration is possible.
Please go to: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/home/contact > Sign in > Type your issue > Scroll down and click Contact Support > Choose a suitable Product and Category > Request a live chat with an agent (if available).
Thank you for understanding.
