Why are you taking 1.99 from my bank account monthly for a once every 6 month subscription to office? I dont authorize this its fraud. Stop charging me for multiple subscriptions. I want a refund to the penny and delete any chard info you have stored. You are longer authorized to auto pay me with my card.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. I'm happy to help.

Please note that here in the Microsoft Q&A forum, we are fellow users and do not have account access.

Log in to all of your Microsoft accounts and check if you can see the charges there.

    https://account.microsoft.com/services

If you can find it, follow the steps in this article to cancel: https://support.microsoft.com/office/cancel-a-microsoft-365-subscription-46e2634c-c64b-4c65-94b9-2cc9c960e91b

If it doesn’t work or you need further assistance, for your security and privacy, I recommend contacting Microsoft Billing Support directly, as this request involves personal or sensitive information that should not be shared in a public forum.

    Click this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

Sign in to your Microsoft account.

Select Microsoft 365 > Click 'Get home support'.

Type "Chat with an agent" from the text field and press Enter.

Click "Contact support" at the bottom.

Select the product you need help with.

Follow the prompts to connect with a live agent.

Your frustration is understandable, but keep in mind that this is a user-to-user forum, hosted by Microsoft. In this forum, you are not communicating with Microsoft. Nobody here can access your account information.

The amount you mention, $1.99, sounds like a Microsoft 365 Basic subscription . Is that what you ordered? I am not aware of a 6 month subscription; it is usually monthly or yearly payments. How did you purchase the subscription? Directly from Microsoft or via a third-party seller?

As Estrella suggested, you can test you various @hotmail.com and @outlook.com accounts at https://account.microsoft.com/services and, with a bit of luck, you will find the correct account. Once you see the subscription, turn off recurring billing and then cancel. These steps may not work if you purchased from a third-party seller, though. You'd likely need to contact the seller instead.

Nice try putting this on me then have to dedicate the next 6 plus hours jumping through all the open tab bubbles. Until I give up. Stop billing me for a service ive canceled multiple times!
