This is Tin, looks like you're unable to use your preinstalled MS Office on your newly purchased laptop. The error that you are getting usually occurs due to Microsoft activation service couldn't complete the request. Kindly go to https://account.microsoft.com/services please check if you will be able to see your MS Office from there.
If MS Office is already installed on your computer, just make sure that you are signed in with the correct account.
