After deleting rule, it comes back into rules without any change. It forwards my emails to a unknown email. Unable to remove without a permanent fix. Is there any way to solve this?

Thanks, Adrin. I think Microsoft support can do something in their backend.

    Hi Aldrin,

Yes this symptom is typically of a hacked account. May I know if your account was hacked?

If you change the password, enable 2FA for your account and delete the rule, it should disappear after 48 hours. Let me know if you need steps for that.
