In July my subscription was accidentally canceled. I never received a refund because my debit card changed and my account was connected to my old debit card.

If your Microsoft 365 subscription was accidentally canceled, you can reactivate it by contacting Azure support. Once you reactivate your subscription, you should still have access to any remaining credit and free services for the duration of your original subscription period. Since you mentioned that your debit card changed and you did not receive a refund, it's important to communicate this to support when you reach out to them, as they may be able to assist you with the billing issue related to your old card.
