Hello I was wondering if it was possible for support to reset my home xbox switches

Me and my brother don't really have internet so when we come over to out fathers house we use the switches to do installs and such but there was a update for a game I play sadly were out of switches, I was wondering since we're always offline basically excluding the times we download at our fathers house could I have mine and my brothers switches reset please I beg
