Hey there! Nice to meet you!

The error you received is an indication that your account is temporarily blocked due to unusual activity, and you are required to verify your account by resetting the password.

You will need to perform these steps to unblock your account:

    1. Perform a password reset via Incognito/InPrivate window using different devices and network services.
    2. If it doesn't work, wait exactly 48 hours to perform another password reset.

Important: Please make sure not to attempt to sign in or reset the password within that timeframe (48 hours), as this may reset the lock cooldown.

Thank you for your understanding! Please feel free to let me know if you need anything else.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

It sounds like you are experiencing issues with your account that may be related to security measures, such as frequent password changes. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:

    1. Check Your Email: Ensure that the emails you are receiving are legitimate and from Microsoft. Sometimes, phishing attempts can mimic legitimate emails.
    2. Password Reset: If you are being prompted to change your password frequently, try resetting your password through the official Microsoft account recovery process. Make sure to use a strong and unique password.
    3. Account Security: Review your account security settings. If you suspect unauthorized access, consider enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security.
    4. Contact Support: If the issue persists, it may be beneficial to contact Microsoft Support directly for assistance. They can provide guidance specific to your account and subscription issues.
    5. Wait Period: Sometimes, accounts may be temporarily locked due to multiple failed login attempts. If this is the case, waiting for a period before trying again can help.

If you continue to face issues after trying these steps, reaching out to Microsoft Support would be the best course of action to regain access to your account and subscription.
