I have MS 365 Personal, and have added Teams as an "add on", (on the rhs column).

However, when I open google calendar, and choose Teams as my option to manage a meeting, and log in, (as requested), I get the following message:

AADSTS500200: User account '****@gmail.com' is a personal Microsoft account. Personal Microsoft accounts are not supported for this application unless explicitly invited to an organization. Try signing out and signing back in with an organizational account.**

Please can you help.

I am use to using Google Calendar and email, but to work with my client, I need to meet via Teams.

Hope you can help.

best regards

    Hello

Google calendar doesn't integrate with Teams on personal account, it only works with Teams on business tier license.

The error message you are encountering indicates that you are trying to use a personal Microsoft account with Microsoft Teams, which is not supported for the application unless you are explicitly invited to an organization. To resolve this issue, you will need to sign in with an organizational account (such as one provided by your workplace or school).

Here are some steps you can take:

    1. Sign Out: Log out of your personal Microsoft account from the Teams add-on in Google Calendar.
    2. Sign In with Organizational Account: Use an organizational account that is associated with Microsoft Teams. If you do not have one, you may need to create or obtain access through your organization.
    3. Check with Your Client: If you are working with a client, ensure they have set up a Teams environment and that you have been invited to join it with your organizational account.

If you continue to experience issues, consider reaching out to your client's IT support for further assistance with account setup and access to Teams.
