    Greetings!

This is Tin, sorry to hear that you're unable to use your MS Office 365 subscription. May I know what is the error message you are getting?

In case you really wanted to transfer it you will be needing to cancel it from https://account.microsoft.com/services sign in the account that you've used to purchase. Next to your subscription, you'll see an option to cancel it.

Then once you have already cancelled it, you may purchase a new one using your preferred account.

    Thank you,

    Tin

To transfer a subscription to another account, you typically need to follow a process that involves signing into the Azure portal as an administrator of the billing account that holds the subscription. Here are the general steps you would take:

    1. Sign in to the Azure portal as an administrator of the billing account that has the subscription you want to transfer.
    2. Navigate to Subscriptions and select the subscription you wish to transfer.
    3. At the top of the page, select Transfer billing ownership.
    4. Enter the email address of the user who will become the new owner of the subscription.
    5. If necessary, select the option to move the subscription to a different Microsoft Entra tenant.
    6. Send the transfer request.

The new owner will receive an email with instructions to accept the transfer. If the subscription is transferred to another Microsoft Entra tenant, all existing Azure role assignments will be removed, and the new owner will need to reassign access to any users who need it.

If your subscription is not managed through Azure, please check the specific process for transferring subscriptions related to Microsoft 365 or other services, as the steps may vary.
