Do you own a license? What you downloaded was just the installation file, doesnt come with license.

Or do you have a license but ran into issue using?

When you download Windows 10 from the Microsoft Download Center, it typically requires a product key for activation. If your PC is asking for a product key, you can retrieve it if you have previously activated Windows on another device or if you purchased a retail version of Windows 10. Here are some options:

    1. Check for a Product Key: If you have a physical copy of Windows 10, the product key should be on the packaging. If you purchased a digital copy, check your email for a confirmation message that may contain the product key.
    2. Using Command Prompt: If you have access to an older installation of Windows on another drive, you can retrieve the product key using a command in an elevated Command Prompt.
    3. Microsoft Account: If your previous Windows installation was linked to your Microsoft account, signing in with that account on your new installation may automatically reactivate Windows without needing to enter the product key.

If you are unable to find your product key, you may need to purchase a new one to activate Windows 10.
