2 accounts connected to one email

i have 2 xbox accounts connected to one email and i wont to delete one without deleting the other how would i do that

i dont know what parent to choose

Do you mean that you can log in with these 2 accounts using the same email? As far as I know, that is not possible. OR are you referring to an account can log in with the email and the other is having it as a recovery email. If so, please let me know which account you want to keep.
