Hi,

I have attended recent training session on "Introduction to Microsoft Power Platform". The id registered while attending is using ********@gmail.com. Now after attending the training, I am unable to either create MS account using this id or recover this id credentials. It says that code will be sent on this id but I do not receive the code on this correct it. How can I address this issue?

Do not see any Leaning Parent category where I can forward nor I could directly connect with any learning support. Please guide.

Thanks in advance!

It seems you are having trouble accessing your Microsoft account associated with your training session. Here are some steps you can take to address the issue:

    1. Check Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes, the verification code may end up in your spam or junk email folder. Make sure to check there for any emails from Microsoft.
    2. Account Recovery: If you are unable to receive the code, you might want to try the account recovery options provided by Microsoft. You can read about recovering your Microsoft account here.
    3. Contact Support: Since you mentioned not being able to find a Learning Parent category, you can reach out to Microsoft support directly through their credentials support page. They can assist you with issues related to your account and training sessions. You can find more information on how to contact support here.
    4. Use Alternate Email: If possible, consider adding an alternate email address to your account for recovery purposes in the future.

If these steps do not resolve your issue, it may be best to follow up with Microsoft support directly for further assistance.
