No matter how many time, I’ve did a hard shutdown on my pc and press F1. Nothing works I’m trying to get to the options where “Continue” “Use a device” Troubleshoot” and etc. but it doesn’t work holding the power button 5-10 seconds and repeating. I try using my flash drive with windows 11 installed but nothing works. I try using bios and changing the boot up system settings and nothing still. Before any of this happened I just wanted to turn off my pc for a little while and now I run into this issue. I wasn’t doing anything important other than having Spotify, Discord, and google running. I’ve try looking up tutorials but nothing seems to help me based on my situation. Can someone please help me!!!

If the usual 3 forced reboots is not getting you into the recovery environment, you indicate you have a bootable Windows 11 USB and it is also not booting, the method to boot from a USB varies from PC to PC, what is the make (Dell, Asus, Lenovo... etc.) of your PC?
