My email/username doesn't work, I'm assuming I'm hacked.

I try logging into my account and it says, "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one." So when I say recover my username, a random email pops up that I have never had. Labeled, "ua***@outlook.com".** I need help because this is the same thing with my other accounts and I literally just reset both of my passwords not too long ago.
