I missed as there was downtime last day. And it took more time settle for pearson Vue. Server downtime was not expected

To reschedule your exam after missing it, you can do so through the certification dashboard or by contacting Pearson VUE support. If you need to reschedule or cancel your exam, it’s important to do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid any fees. If your exam was cancelled due to server downtime or other issues, you should be able to reschedule without incurring additional charges.
