I am requesting urgent help to recover my Microsoft account that was originally created using the email ******@gmail.com.

When I try to sign in normally, it says that no username is found with this email. However, on Windows and Microsoft services, it still shows my email and asks me to sign in. The verification options now include sending a code to ******@mail.anerytmail.ru, using a passkey, or entering a password.

I do not recognize this email address and did not add it. I believe my account was hacked and the security information was changed without my permission.

This account is very important to me because it contains valuable purchases and data, including Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, Minecraft, and other Microsoft services and progress.

That new Email address on your account does indicate your account has been hacked.

I wish I had better news, but when a Microsoft account is hacked, if the hackers change the associated Email, then that account is usually no longer recoverable, this forum is just a user to user account and no-one here has any account access, try using the process they provide on this link to recover a hacked account, if this process is not successful, sadly, that account cannot be recovered.
