I'm unable to use add remove programmes to remove office 365

In the Settings App - Apps - Installed apps, what error do you get if you try to uninstall Microsoft 365, please provide a screenshot of the error.

In the meantime, are you able to uninstall all traces of the Office installation using the Office Scrub Tool from Microsoft.

I dont even have it and I have not had a trial and you are charging me from tomorrow appartenly my trial has finished what trial. I tried to take it off, but you can not take off what you don't have. So please cancel the subscription

Please note that you are not communicating with Microsoft here. Contributors in the Q&A forums are volunteers (some get paid from contractors working with Microsoft).
A trial version will be automatically converted to a paid version if you forget to cancel in time. Sign in to your account at https://account.microsoft.com/services; you should be able to cancel the subscription from there. If you are not sure about the credentials, try any @outlook.com or @hotmail.com account that you have. (Even a third-party account such as @gmail.com may be set up as a Microsoft account.)
