If you have accidentally sent payouts to the wrong email address, it is important to act quickly. Here are the steps you can take to resolve the issue:

    1. Open a support ticket immediately: Contact Microsoft support to report the issue. Provide them with details such as the amounts sent, the incorrect email address used, and any transaction IDs if available.
    2. Provide clear payment instructions: Request assistance in redirecting the payments to the correct PayPal account associated with your .co.uk email.
    3. Check your PayPal account: Ensure that the incorrect email address is not linked to any PayPal account that you can access. If it is, you may be able to claim the funds directly through PayPal.
    4. Follow up: Keep track of your support ticket and follow up if you do not receive a timely response.

By taking these steps, you can minimize disruptions and work towards recovering your funds.
