Re-add previous Authenticator requests to my app

I have a new device and when I logged in, my authenticator was missing some previously registered 3rd party apps. I am trying to re-add them to allow myself to log in. I’ve raised requests with the 3rd parties however would this be something resolvable from my side?

To re-add previously registered 3rd party apps to your Microsoft Authenticator on your new device, you will typically need to go through the setup process for each app again. This often involves logging into the respective service and using the option to set up two-factor authentication (2FA) or multi-factor authentication (MFA) again. You may need to scan a QR code or enter a setup key provided by the service to link it back to your Authenticator app.

If you have already raised requests with the 3rd parties, they should provide you with the necessary steps or codes to re-establish the connection with the Authenticator app. Unfortunately, if the apps are not appearing in your Authenticator, you will need to follow the individual app's re-registration process as this cannot be resolved solely from your side without their assistance.
