Hello,

My name is Theo Nkosinathi Zukani, Candidate I was scheduled to take the AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals exam on 15/02/2026 which is today

During the exam, I experienced a technical issue where the system revoked my session before I could begin the exam. I was actively communicating with the proctor at the time to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I was unable to attempt the exam.

I would appreciate it if this incident could be reviewed, and I kindly request guidance on whether I am eligible for a rescheduled attempt.
